Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. The payments on this site are processed by a third party payment processor for your security.

Postage & Packing Information:  Postage and Packing on all orders is charged according to weight and size. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours via Royal Mail first class.

Shipping:  Pure Aesthetics are happy to ship to all international destinations. A full guide to shipping charges can be found under our Delivery section.

Returns and Exchange:  Pure Aesthetics are happy to offer a full refund or exchange* on all orders within 14 days of receipt or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted unused ,in their original sale condition and with packaging. All exchanges will be charged postage at the normal postal rate.
